Deliveries & Returns

DELIVERIES

Our standard UK delivery cost is £4.00. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2/3 working days unless otherwise stated on the product description. You will receive an email confirmation when your items have been dispatched. All standard parcel deliveries are sent 2nd class via Royal Mail, which usually takes 2-4 working days, so you know roughly when to receive your parcel. I know this may seem like a long time for your parcel to arrive, but please bear in mind it is just me...carefully wrapping and sending off your lovely new goodies. 

We can arrange a more urgent delivery if you want your parcel delivered quicker, or if you'd prefer to have your parcel tracked/signed for, just get in touch and we can organise that for you. 

I am happy to hand deliver your items to addresses within a mile of MK45 2GG  for free.

PACKAGING

When posting items, I always try to use packaging that has been sent to me for supplies - therefore recycling boxes, bubblewrap, packaging peanuts, etc. And where possible I am changing all new packaging supplies used to be made from resuseable materials - this is forever changing so keep an eye on my social media channels as to when and what I have sourced.   

PROMOTIONAL CODES

Promotional codes may be issued from time to time. They can be applied to all private orders, regardless of value. 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

We can offer international shipping if this is required. Please just drop me an email on sales@ngscents.co.uk with your product choices and the country you are sending to and we will provide you a shipping fee. Please note we will never deliver to a country that requires our products to be tested on animals.
RETURNS & REFUNDS

I really hope that you'll be over-the-moon with your goodies when they arrive but if you're not completely happy with them, please contact us on info@ngscents.co.uk and we will do what we can to help. 

I take great care to ensure your items are protected during transit but appreciate that very occasionally damages may occur. I am happy to replace or refund products damaged during delivery if photographic proof of damage is sent to us within 3 days of delivery. Please do not throw away the damaged item as we may require more photographic evidence. Sadly, we cannot refund or replace candles or diffusers that have been used.

Please contact us for if you wish to return your unused candle/diffuser within 14 days of delivery, or if you wish to exchange for another product of the same size and price within 30 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for the delivery cost on all returned items, we would recommend you send recorded or tracked delivery so you have proof of dispatch in case the parcel is lost. If the item returns to us damaged or broken we are unable to process a refund for you. Upon receiving the item we will aim to refund you within 7 working days.
